Alpha Property

I am a landlady with several properties in my portfolio . I have used several agents in the past however since using Mike & Heather I have been delighted with the service they offer . Their fees are extremely competitive and they work hard to ensure a quick turnaround between tenants. They are always willing to offer advice if I have any concerns re changing legislation .I have no hesitation in recommending them .

We have a number of properties we let out and over the years have used numerous letting agents. However, since finding Alpha Property we not long use the others. We have been very impressed with the speed at which they find suitable tenants and their level of service. We have never had any problem with any tenant they have found and they go out of their way to be helpful. An added bonus is that they are less expensive than any other agents we've used. We will therefore continue using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Mike & Heather were very professional, and rented my place out quickly. Took charge of the whole process for me, and were less expensive than most other agencies. Highly recommend.
