Sterling Way Dental Surgery

I've called to book checkup the lady said they will call back, after waiting 5 weeks l called up again requesting the same thing they told me l have to wait afew months because they don't do cleaning yet which they could of inform me b4. Unprofessional unorganised poor condition

I have been going for years, this is a great dental practice, I have never had any issues. Very helpful dental nurse to and I can always get an appointment.

This is the guy! Dental assistant is hilarious but good. waiting time can be a bother but hey you know how these things go. This guy got me my teeth braced on the NHS in my 30’s. Life changer I’m even prettier than I was before. Highly recommend. Moany/complainers steer clear.

As a dentist my self, i went to this place with my daughter as she had a check up app,First of all it was a very unorganized practice im not even sure if infection control was being followed properly,Anyhow,I would start of by saying that he (dentist) was a moody and impolite person.He did not explain what he was about to do,as my daughter was under aged I was expecting him to talk to me and explain the treatment and procedure and whether I am happy for him to proceed or not.First of all we are not even allowed to do silver fillings on under 15s, but if it’s necessary to do so we have to have an explanation regarding on doing it, but this guy did not bother explaining anything or what kinda filling he was using he just did whatever he liked to do which I am not happy about at all,Everything aside, I am shocked that he did not bother asking about my daughter’s medical history or whether she is allergic to anything specially local a aesthetic,He just went and carried on.

Worst practice. The receptionist is unprofessional. When you call they tell you , they will give you a call back but they never do so until you call them again and same answer until you give up .

I'm happy with this dentist because they help me when I went to seven sisters at the dentist's they said I won't pull out see because I have to go to a specialist and he will help me and break out

had a check-up around the start of the year as I was suffering from pain as my wisdom tooth had chipped. He offered to take it out and I said no. I wanted to be referred to a specialist. three months later I finally get a referral appointment. Got to the appointment and waited to only be told that he had given them the wrong referral for three teeth I never complained about. I when back with my dad to ask for another referral letter to be told that I must book another appointment. I didn’t get an apology and was also told I’d have to pay for the check-up. I am still in pain and very upset as i have to wait another three months for another appointment. SOOO Unprofessional, unorganized and they no clue what they are doing. I'm not pleased.

I give this a zero star. There a mice in the place. I had to go back 3x to have a filling sorted out. The dentist is polite but slow and doesn't have the right resources in place. Dont bother honestly.. probably still surviving with repeat business of those who are too lazy to find better facilities.

I came here for a tooth extraction. John is a great dentist and also very compassionate and caring . His assistant Norma is very good and caring too.

Receptionist was very poor when I used to go when I was younger is was great but not sure what has happened to them. Customer service is awful and quite rude after saying they don't have space and couldn't find me on the system was told to go somewhere else
