Pets at Home Burnley

The girls were very welcoming, so good with my cockerpoo Beemer , cut just as asked , thanks girls!!

Wonderful friendly staff had my autistic adult son with me all the staff spoke to him as all knew him made the trip a wonderful experience

Staff are brilliant however l started to get my food from here as my other shop was consistently putting prices up. The food l was advised to get from here was more expensive than my other supplier however with it being a bigger company and the food being their own brand l was led to believe the price would not be going up. Just a few months later it as gone up £5 per bag.I will have to now do a rethink and will be looking to find somewhere else to get my dogs food.Obviously this price increase is out of the hands of the staff and they would all get 5 stars as they are brilliant in this store. As per usual though it will be the corporate people at the top lining their pockets when the food was already priced high enough.All in all if it's dog food you are after l would source it elsewhere.

Every time I set foot in this shop there is an aire about it.Smiling staff ,no.problem too large or small is greeted with interest and genuine enthusiasm ,the gent who served me last week had loads of energy ,loads of enthusiasm,informed me of products appropriate for my new furry babies at home ,the lady previously couldn't tell me enough about products ,caring advice and general Information (pet specific) ,pets at home you're doing a sterling job and I will continue to visit as and when required ,brilliant experience and top notch staff who are passionate about what they do ,thank you xx

Realy good experience today .A few issues last visit

Brought our Pom cross spaniel in for an off-the-cuff groom recently while shopping in store. Louise and her assistant were wonderful with him. Louise obviously is very knowledgeable and talented, but also such a total professional while being friendly and helpful. She put us both at ease and did the most fantastic job. She’s a credit to the store and PAH are lucky to have her on the team. We will definitely be back.

The staff were most helpful and very interested in my new foster kitten. I've got his brother as well now!Well done to Rossendale Responsible Animal Rescue for catching them and the factory workers that reported the abandoned kittens so they could get some help.
