Joined the gym here in December. It’s lovely. Staff are really welcoming. Quite a quiet gym but I’m sure over January it will get busier. Try go 5 times a week and so far it’s been good :)

My daughter was referred here some years ago and still goes, they do wonderful work with adults who have physical disabilities.
