We wanted to buy a house that was advertised by this estate agent, we arranged a viewing and fell in love with the house, so much so that the very next morning we rang to make an offer. The agent we dealt with Annabel wasnt interested in knowing what the offer was and advised us that there are lots of viewings and it would go to best and final next week.Upset by this we actually approached the seller ourselves and told them of our intention and they informed us that Annabel had told them that we are interested but didnt want to make an offer until all the viewings had taken place. The seller, their client had been misinformed by Annabel of our intentions at best and at worse lied to. In my opinion this Estate agent is using SHARP PRACTICE" to get unwitting buyers to spend even more money in an already hyper inflated housing market. Again in my opinion they are not acting in the best interest of the client and are more interested in lining their own pockets. My understanding is that they are legally obliged to present all offers to their client which in this particular case they havent done."

What a 5 star experience it was to purchase a property that they were selling.Great communication from Annabel throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date with how things were progressing, and nothing was too much trouble. Emails were responded to quickly and Annabel was always on hand to explain anything at all about the process (everything from the mortgage process to the solicitors requirements etc, she is incredibly knowledgeable).A genuinely positive experience, totally unexpected (because we didnt realise how supportive and involved the sellers estate agents would be with us as the buyers), but greatly appreciated.If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!

We sold and bought a property through snowgate. They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, especially Annabel. They were very quick to visit us when we advised them we would like to put our house on the market, Max came the next day. The process was smooth and the communication was great. Now, here is a funny thing. I rented a house from this guys about three years ago. I have actively sought them out to make this review.I have rented many houses over the years but this company were unique. Max Earnshaw called me after we had left and actually thanked me for looking after the property so well and leaving the garden looking so nice. Never before or since have I known a letting agent to do that. Credit where due. Thanks Max.
