Having replaced bedside wall units I had difficulty finding dimmable LED bulbs bright enough to read by. The Phillips bulb I purchased is just the job - also unlike other dimmable bulbs I tried, it doesn't flicker when at lower illumination.

Unfortunately the incorrect wattage bulbs were sent originally, but after a quick email David promptly arranged to send the correct bulbs as a replacement. I was really impressed with the service - anyone can make mistakes, it's how they are rectified which is important. I'd certainly buy from them again in future.

Amazing customer care and specialist advice. I called for advice about led bulbs, colour balance and compatibility with a particular brand of dimmer switch, very pleasant and helpful, followed up with emails of recommendations.
