Ordered 3 weeks ago, no order delivered to date. Emailed several days ago, no answer. Called several times, no answer.Edit:After no phone calls, no emails, not a single message from them, I finally received an email after I had left a negative review. You can all read the content here and come to your own conclusions on this business.Perfect Tiles and Bathrooms:------------------------------------------I am replying by email as it appears your face book messenger will not let me reply to your questionYour original order came through on a American ip address so the system here marked it as fraudulent and will not accept itPlease check your bank for the moniesI also observe you have placed a negative review on google which is in my opinion a little harsh due to your ip address being American--------------------------------------------My reply:---------------------------------------------Dear Perfect Tiles and Bathrooms.After being in customer services for 22yrs that is one of the most blunt replies I have received from a company I have to admit.The order may well have come through on an American IP address but it was placed from Coventry UK, you had contact details for me to verify if you had any concerns to check up on, instead, you didn't even notify me there was a problem and left me hanging for weeks waiting for a tile board that never came.In the year 2023 it is becoming increasingly common for people to use a VPN addressing security system, mine comes free with various packages I purchase which is why despite being in the UK with a UK phone number you could have called and a UK address, the order came through from an American IP. I could literally make myself look like I was ordering from Stuttgart if I wanted such is the way it works, that is the world today, I would suggest reading up on them because I have bought 3 thousand pounds worth of stock from over half a dozen companies over the last 6 weeks for my Kitchen via automatically assigned IP's that were undoubtedly all over the world despite the order being for Coventry UK, but you are the only people/business who had any headache and it has caused now a disgruntled customer who has left you negative reviews. That and their usage is increasing daily and will eventually be how you receive the majority of transactions, it is of course your right as a company not to honor such transactions, but in the fullness of time it will cost you business beyond a tile board of that I can assure you.As for the review, I made a good effort to contact you before leaving any review via email, after no reply for days I then switched to the chat system on that, after it gave no reply nor acknowledgement anyone had received my message I then tried via phone, at the time and given the time that had passed I was genuinely wondering if you were still in business.I will check my bank for the refund, providing it is there, that will be sufficient.Regards.

Very very helpful in store today looked everywhere for a certain tile they helped us match it perfectly would highly recommend

so far a 50% success rate on orders with them, the first order arrived pretty quickly and the tiles were good. Very happy with that interaction.my second order has been a very different experience, the first set of tiles, order cancelled due to being out of stock. The second set, also out of stock, and took repeat attempts to get in touch with the company before I found that out. Its now been almost half a month, and still not clear on how much longer the delay will be.It is likely the website is not updated regularly, so tiles shown are not necessarily available - if you are planning your project timeline and want fast delivery, this shortfall makes perfect tiles and bathrooms very hard to recommend.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Bernard was very helpful, I told him what I was looking for, and he advised and pointed me in the right direction. There was a delay on delivery, due to the tiles not being available and he tried everything to to get me them as early as possible, hec he kept me posted. The delivery driver was lovely and all my tiles brought into the house. Fantastic price for such amazing tiles..I won't go anywhere else again. Thanks Bernard you're a gem.

Delivery not within the timeframe provided , delivered to the wrong address , had to do a 2hour round trip to retrieve goods - heard not a single apology from their customer service and no further reply to my email when they realised their mistake.

Great friendly service from Perfect tiles and bathrooms. Bernard was really helpful when I was ordering and also when I went back to the showroom for some last minute bits and pieces. Everything was delivered on time and the man delivering brought the tiles into a room of my choice. Would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome company to work with, I had to renovate a bathroom on my own. Their friendly staff gave me heaps of advice and even showed me how to cut tiles. You won't get service like this anywhere else. So impressed and check my other reviews, I rarely leave positive feedback. Outstanding service from the team and very very fair prices.

Recently visited Perfect Tiles and Bathrooms. The team were really helpful and the service was excellent. They took the time to help and go through my options and I ended up buying both tiles and bathroom furniture. Highly recommend.

Perfectly nice to speak to and deal with however I bought some floor tiles that were basically uncleanable. After many weeks of chasing an answer from them whilst they contacted the supplier I eventually got told to steam clean them (which had been tried and failed). After identifying that the tiles were clearly faulty or fundamentally flawed, I requested a refund. This was ignored and the company stopped replying to me, I received no further contact from them.
