Had a hernia repair excellent care from consultant anesthetist nurses was only in for the day must have had care from at least 10 different nurses could not fault this would not hesitate to be treated there again well done

Excellent care at this lovely recently refurbished hospital, I was very well looked after from start to finish by the many wonderful friendly various staff who looked after me when I stayed for couple of days. My room/ensuite & tv was comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. The food was always freshly cooked and beautifully presented and delicious, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel, was sad to leave!!And very special thanks to my fantastic Consultant Mr Basem Muammar who did a brilliant job, very much appreciated. Thank you all again.

Brilliant hospital, kind hard working staff brilliant theatre team and Dr Malek is one of the nicest consultants I've met. Ideal for nervous patients. Clean, spacious rooms and lovely food. From reception to leaving the staff were marvelous

I have just returned home from surgery at the West Midlands Hospital and I have to say the care I was given was exceptional, I was really looked after especially Laura one of the nursing staff thank you for making my stay comfortable.

I have tried several times to make an appointment to see a Consultant at this hospital. . .in vain.To say I was offered numbered options to press (as many as nine) which should have directed me in reasonable time to my destination ,I was left forced to listen to jarring machine made music" for

Excellent experience at this hospital.The treatment I received from the staff from my consultant, the nurses , physio, was second to none .It was like staying at a 5 star hotel with Excellent medical care thrown in .Nothing was too much trouble for these love people .Special thanks to the catering staff , all food fresh and well cooked and presented . Extremely difficult to get a call through. Have been waiting for 40 mins from couple of days at different times. Music always. Tests your patience.

I was charged £532.00 for a Doppler scan at this hospital. I was in the room barely 10 minutes. Radiologist did not perform a thorough investigation as “my veins were too small to see” When I questioned this, and the expense, as other private hospitals charge £200-£300 for the same scan I was just fobbed off. I will be taking my case further, as the Dr who referred me had no idea the price would be so high. Very disappointed.
