The apartment was really nice and clean and spacious. We were really happy with it. The only downside was the garbage at the entrance and surrounding area. Hope there can be some solution to this. But the apartment was really lovely.

I rented two apartments, the first in Swindon, and then the second in Brentford, London. The most outstanding feature of the stay was the service support provided by James Robson. Overall, Charles Hope have provided a great service and I will put them at the top of the list whenever I travel again to the UK.

The apartment was beautiful - couldn’t fault anything about the apartment. The appliances were lovely. Tea and coffee was a nice touch. There’s a coop opposite which was very convenient. We did however choose this apartment so we could access the gym as it was advertised with one. When we arrived we were told we weren’t able to use it which was very disappointing. The 2 stars is purely down to being misled and the false advertising.

Amazing stay! What an experience it was, where I stayed almost a year at Hagley Road Birmingham at Lawnsdown House hosted by Charles Hope. I loved everything about the apartment and building. Fully serviced, weekly housekeeping, entertainment, culture mixer, Den, friendly staff. I can’t forget the beautiful view from my 13th floor apartment. All staff were so caring and supportive. Thank you everyone for giving me a lifetime experience. 1000% would recommend staying here!

I would have given 5 stars because that is exactly what the aparent deserves. But the bed is fragile and broke when I sat on it also the sofa cushion was on a slope and so you slip when you sit in the sofa. Apart from these, it's the best apartment I have rented and I have travelled around many countries and slept in many hotels and apartments. Please change your beds.

Bloody, he'll I was here for a month. The parking is horrendous. You're given a bay, then someone parks into. You call it in. There's nothing they can do. You then get given another bay, the same thing, other and other again. Its a party house other people must book for just the weekend party In Southampton and carry it on when there back no care fote overs.
