Mike replied to my enquiry very quickly and talked me through pricing etc and how often I wanted it done. Managed to set up direct debit and was booked in for two days later for first clean. Made sure back gate was unlocked and didn't even realise he had been until I saw the lovely clean windows. Invoice left in letterbox with date of next clean. Super, thanks Mike.

Always good service. Last week I was just going out when they arrived. They moved the van to let me out of the driveway and even just smiled when I realised I had forgotten something and had to dash back inside.They are friendly, reliable and give an excellent service - just great!

I have used this company to clean my windows twice and both times they left scratches. I contacted them to discuss what I can do to fix the scratches and also cancel my contract (I don't trust them for a third time!) but have heard nothing back to confirm the cancellation. I understand that accidents happen but their level of customer service is very poor. Photos of two (out of the three) scratched windows are shown. My windows were newly installed too, which adds to the frustration!

I have worked with The Window Cleaning Company for many years now on blocks of flats I manage, and they always provide the best service and quality. The blocks all vary in size, and some are large listed buildings which require only 10/10 cleaning. Myself and my clients are always extremely happy with their work.
