Horrible service. Members pay thousands of pounds yearly only to be treated with utter contempt and disrespect, particularly on floor 8. Our team will be canceling our memberships as soon as possible.

Great spot to escape the hustle of London city especially with the rooftop pool. It’s quite busy in the day but you should be able to grab a seat especially if for a meal.

I joined because I liked the brand and their ethos. Sadly I think the issues they’ve had at shoreditch house where they’ve been consistently understaffed at busy periods have come here, too. I was a member for a year at 180 but didn’t renew because the restaurant staff, whilst pleasant enough, were not experienced enough to justify the fee or qualified at the level the brand pertains to sit at. And it really did let my experience down more than once.Once my party waited 45 minutes to get a round of drinks brought to us, and when I went to ask someone what had happened I couldn’t find a single member of staff on the entire floor.I have other experiences in the restaurant that amount to poor serving manner, which are more insignificant but when they happen often, and your experience of a place is already marred you tend to notice them more. They cannot seem to hire the volumes they need or at the appropriate standard in order to live up to the brand expectation. Makes me concerned that their expansion may be a little ambitious. It’s a shame as they create wonderful spaces with great ambience. But if I can’t order a g&t on a Friday evening without it arriving on Saturday morning, or if I must have a waitress that can’t pour wine without flicking it into our faces on the upturn of the bottle - then I don’t think it counts for anything. The third star is purely for the bar staff and front desk, who are always lovely.

Like most Soho House sites, it’s a large space, lots of people, a bit chaotic, a bit overcrowded. Drinks are at steep prices, food is great, the vibe is cool but doesn’t have a community feel to it. What used to be the original Soho House members club vibe has been lost in the last 3-4 years with the aggressive expansion of the company.Still, I don’t dislike it.

Fab swimming pool with picante margaritas and a very discreet social environment. Dining menu can improve. Excellent service.

Atmosphere and exterior 10/10 - lovely interior, very stylish with beautiful colours and materials ; food 6/10 - decent sized portions, I would compare to pub/ bistro food; service 6/10 - attentive but clunky and a bit odd. Considering that we had made it through the front desk to the restaurant on the 8th floor where we had a reservation for dinner, I thought it odd that my friend (a member) was asked to show her membership app before we were allowed to place our dinner order.
