The quality of work is amazing and Ive had no issues getting the project done and completed....... Barry is a credit to the team also! He went above and beyond many times to ensure client satisfaction. Very pleased and impressed..... My plan and vision was carried out as I hoped it would be!!

We were put in touch with Neil through our Architect. From the very first, the team have been very professional, open and transparent in all they have done. It’s difficult as a home owner to pick a builder when you have no experience in the trade. Thankfully, we made the right choice with Neil and the team and I would heartily recommend them to anyone. The quality of work is fantastic; I always feel informed of what’s going on with the build and have built a great trusting relationship with Neil and the team on the ground. I know they will do what they say and when they say it. They work tirelessly to keep up momentum, and the price is very fair for the quality of work done.

After much thought and consideration we decided to employ Neil Mcgregor Property Services Ltd to carry out the refurbishment and installation of the new kitchen at our property. And what a great decision it was! From the initial contact, quotation process through the actual work done NMPS ltd we’re brilliant…both the staff and subcontractors were very polite and respectful of our property. Neil McGregor Property Services Ltd have just completed transforming my front and back gardens with new Patios. The garden areas were perviously bland and uninteresting, making the area look small and un tidy, however with their advice and proffesionalisim, they have completley transformed both areas. From start to finish they understood my needs and gave sound advice. The Landscapers were polite, proffessional and excellent at their work and I would highly recomend them to anyone who maybe considering any kind of Landscaping in future, well done lads and thans very much

Neil and his team have recently installed a new shower, toilet, sink in my house as well as blocking off one internal doorway and adding a new internal doorway and installing new floor joists in my kitchen area. The work has been exceptionally well done at a very reasonable price for the amount of work.I was regularly in contact with the office during the work, they responded quickly, were always very helpful and polite.I'm very happy with the changes made and the workmanship. I will definitely use the company again and have already asked for quotes for future work.

Neil and his team did an amazing job of fitting our wet room for a wheelchair user. There was lots of ground works to be done, and those were all carried out with the aim of the room being as practical as possible, but then the attention to detail with the tiling and other finishes was fantastic. Neil is great to work with, really knows the project inside out, and his regular site visits meant that you felt he was taking responsibility for the overall product. Quick to reply and very organised, he worked the schedule around various weeks that we were away from home. Big shout to Ross and especially to Barry for being so neat and tidy, both in his craft and when working in the house - very easy to have this team around, and we’re delighted with the results.

Great service from McGregor's, we had light renovation work completed, wall out between kitchen and dinning room, utility room demolished, pelmet and concealed lighting in dinning area, plus preparation for electrics and plumbing for new kitchen. All works completed on time and to budget including quite a number of extras along the way.... As well as the great work, all staff were helpful and friendly, explaining the next steps throughout the job. Great service from a great company! No hesitation in recommending to others....

Neil’s company recently fitted a kitchen and shower room for us .The whole service from start to finish was very professional .All the contractors who came to the house were friendly and very professional . They totally respected our property and tidied up after each day.The price was competitive and everything was detailed so there were no hidden extras .They all even liked our dog who loved the fuss they gave her .I would recommend this company for any building work .Katie in the office was great too . She always answered the phone and was very helpful .

Neil’s team fitted an upstairs bathroom for us in our little old stone cottage - the original bathroom was an extension on the back of the house and so the pipe work needed to fit upstairs was quite extensive. We are really pleased with the results and especially the care taken by the workmen that came to the house, in both the execution of the work and the care taken to keep our carpets and other furnishings clean and clear throughout - Barry and John get a special shout out as fantastically skilled and genuinely lovely guys. After an issue with the hot water was found, Barry came back out and fixed it as soon as possible, nothing was too much work or too difficult for him, he is a huge asset to the company. We hope to use NMPS in the future for other projects. The only thing I would recommend is asking Neil and team for detailed quotes if any changes from the original are made - this will help with transparency for everyone. The admin team (shout out to Kate) are flexible, super helpful and always make you feel valued. Neil himself is pragmatic and down to earth and it’s clear that people who work for him are happy in their jobs. I’ve enclosed some before and after pictures of the job they did for us.
