Lea repointed the gable end of the property and front cascade including stone cleaning. He has also rebuilt a boundary wall with decorative elements that have become a feature to enhance the garden. His expertise on Victorian property brickwork is extensive and I was lucky to have found him, otherwise I may have ended up with cement repointing rather than the lime mix that has revitalised the property.He gave clear information about the approach to the proposed work, costs and had excellent communication. The quality of his work was excellent and he had a keen focus on details. Work was completed on time and on budget.

Lea did a fantastic job of repairing 2 Victorian bay windows, tying them to the house and rebuilding one, all done with the traditional lime mortar. Very professional job and very knowledgeable about old buildings. If we need any more work doing I would definitely use them again
