Bought this to try usually bought a brand from a well known shopping channel which is very expensive the bird food came the following day wow impressive and the birds love it great mixture looks fresh and clean and much cheaper and no postage well I'm going to be buying this again will tell my friends on face book did not get my fridge magnet but that did not matter excellent dont hesitate to buy if the birds are happy then so am I

Ordered the sparrow mix.Fast delivery was here within two days.Now to see if my sparrows like the food.Struggled to find sparrow specific food else where.My numbers have dwindled since only feeding sunflower hearts and pea nuts so let's see.

I have been really impressed with this company and have switched to them from another one to buy my chicken feed. Good price and next day delivery which is great.My only negative comment would be the packaging is all the same, with just a small label on the bag identifying the product. I thought I had ordered the wrong product when I first ordered, as it explains on the packaging how to feed garden birds and mentions nothing about chickens (I missed the small label initially). I imagine this helps keep costs down though so I am happy with that!

Been very happy using this company so far and glad I came across it. Have made a couple of orders on bird feeders and have also had family members buy from them too for when it's my birthday etc. There one of the few companies out there that offer Droll Yankee bird feeders that are usually out of stock elsewhere and at a decent price as well. Website is laid out very well making it easy to find items. Items are always dispatched quickly and arrive within a day or two very well packaged. Never had to contact about any issues so can't comment on communication. Reason I have took 1 star off is due to delivery costs. One of the main reasons I buy a few items at a time when I buy from this company is to spread out the postage cost. Due to living in the highlands I am charged £16 delivery. I understand that these prices are set by the courier and not the company but there are other couriers (Royal Mail. Hermes etc) out there that offer the same cost to my address as any Mainland UK" address. Looking to make more future orders once certain items are back in stock. - Thanks

Excellent value, quality and exceptional service. Birds seem to like and eat all of the food meaning no waste scattered on the ground. Highly recommended.

We've been using them for years and our wild birds are the most spoilt and happy birds in Hampshire! Great selection of foods at very reasonable prices and lovely people too.

Bird seed is excellent no waste no mess. I started by trying the no mess seed. Couldn’t believe how long it lasted as the birds were not throwing it everywhere as they did my previous one. I also didn’t have unwanted seeds sprouting all around the feeding area. Next I tried the one suited to robins and small birds but the pigeons were gobbling it all. This resulted in me purchasing a cage to cover the feeding station. Wow! This has been tremendous we are attracting birds we haven’t seen in a long time. We had 5 goldfinches all at once a few days ago. Excellent result.
