Cirq d-Play Kids Indoor Play Centre

The amusement park is great for small kids to run off some steam during the day. The online booking program was fairly easy to use and pay on the go.The bathrooms could use a little upkeep - 2/3 stalls did not have locks.

The worst place ever!Rude staff like never seen anybody behave like this before.We have been invited for birthday party.As I have to take my other 2 kids with me, I have of course paid the entry for them. But the prices on websites doesnt match with what they actually charged u on place !Also, the whole thing was very rushed.Not very good, if I u think how much the parents paid for the party. Very chaotic and rushed.They forced ypu to buy their overpricrd drinks as u are not able to have your own bottle of water, which I think is disgusting, as many parents are strugling with money and I happy if they are able to take kids somewhere at all.As we sat by our table, we heard two of the ladies that worked there, moaning about.. they are not paid enough to clean tables. As they were wipin almost clean table. Unbealivable. As the session end, they were rushing people to exit. All parents were already ready to leave, but they were still walking around and telling everyone they have to leave.With annoyed face.They really did let u know they were annoyed by having customers and are very unhapy there. They made it very clear.Disgusting behaviour.Never again

Love it here! I always worry about trying new softplays as if there isn’t something for both kids 18 months and 5 then it’s pretty hard work but the toddler section is a great size and my 5 year old was off like a light hardly saw her the whole time! Will 100% be back. Also the food is so good and reasonably priced so don’t be afraid to go at dinner time it will be worth it.

Awful experience. The staff is extremely rude. We've been there with the kids and to also meet some friends and we couldn't sit together because (as the manager said) she couldn't remember when our session expired if we sat on another table different from the assigned.Apart from the fact that this is a ridiculous rule, the manager then also replied to my friend are you making the rules?" When we explained that we were sat together only because we're friends.Sadly we won't come back to this place anymore."

We have visited here twice now and we love coming hereIt's clean, spacious, food is lovely and great portion sizes. The staff are friendly and it's a nice change from the same old softplay. Would definatly recommend!

This place is absolutely clean with all the COVID-19 Gide lines, staff are friendly and helpful ,They split the area for different ages which was great for little ones. Lovely and fresh food available, car park is free with registration by entrance.I absolutely recommend.

I have hosted birthday parties for kids many times. This is the worst. If you want your friends to make your kids eat food, sing happy birthday, and have cake in 25 minutes. You can come here. The main reason is that you can't get them to serve early. It turned out that I had booked another party, and I canceled it even if I couldn't get back the deposit of 50 pounds. Because I don't want to experience such a bad party again.

Disappointed. We took our 10 month old baby to play in the 3 and under area and it was full of older kids climbing on the baby swings and jumping in the ball pool. I noticed after she had been playing for about 2 mins that the balls where dirty and the floor of the ball pool was too. I can’t say for certain but the day after, my daughter got really sick with a tummy bug. I know kids pick things up from anywhere but I can’t think of anywhere else she could have caught it from as it wasn’t very sanitary concidering it was an area for baby’s.
