So bought 2 x ultimate breakfast, when they eventually came over done and when asked for brown sauce told they do not supply. Went back to counter and informed them the tomatoes was missing off both told they didn’t have any and the store don’t have any in stock. Went and bought my own brown sauce from store which I don’t think is acceptable and find the tomato shelf had full stock. How difficult is it to fulfil the breakfast that I paid for this is unacceptable.

Not as much vegan choice compared to Tesco. However, their vegan sausages, burgers and chickenless pieces are great tasting and good value for money...I just need to avoid the jam doughnuts that are hard to resist eating all at once!!!

Not our usual pleasant visit on Monday. We come here frequently and have never been asked to wait to be seated but a 'new member of staff' told us abruptly this is necessary. We chose haddock and chips and a club Sandwich. We had to ask a member of staff for salt and vinegar as there were none in tables. Wait time was ok. The haddock was terrible, batter like leather but the club Sandwich was ok it came without side salad. We've had both these dishes before and been impressed. We complained about the haddock when eventually our plates were removed and the lovely young man who we've seen there before offered us deserts for free. The brownie and caramel apple Betty were delicious. Not sure when we will try there again.

Went for weekly shopping. Fresh vegetable dates terrible. Nothing longer than 2 days shelf life for the veg I wanted. Freezers mostly empty but was informed a refurb taking place shortly.

We went to the Cafe. The service wasn’t great. Ordered on the web using the QR code on the table. The food was brought over by a grumpy staff member who said that he couldn’t find us as they don’t use the table numbers on the QR codes, as if it was somehow our fault for not knowing this. The order was also incomplete and I had to go back and ask for missing items. The food however was good quality for the price.

It is very large and had plenty of brands to shop for. Offers are also top notch. Although I hate the quality of Morrisons branded cooked products/ready to cook / deli foods, quality of meat and seafood surprises me. Love visiting this store e ery Friday as you get 20% extra off on fresh seafood. Store is kept very neatly, but staff are not looking quite pleasant except the trolley collector. Highly recommended.

This place has gone down since the Yanks took over. Higher prices and changes to the card make it less than useless. Petrol prices are higher than some local garages! Now they have changed everything round in the store. Everybody was wound up trying to find the items they need to buy.

Honestly only really go here from the salad/pasta bar, wide variety of different pastas and salads and I'm sure the largest pot you can buy is less than £4. Definitely worth the buy

The worst in the area by far! I'd give it zero stars if possible. We had an issue here for the second time and when challenged we were met with a very rude and abrasive duty cafe manager. Clearly unable to fulfill the role efficiently and completely clueless. We were not the only customers with this particular issue. Maybe some much needed staff training is in order. In the meantime avoid if possible unless disgusting, disgraceful treatment is your thing. Personally I have NO reason to shop at Morrisons.

Unfortunately this store is going like the rest , majority self serve check outs. Morrisons target market is elderly people who like the personal touch,Unfortunately they are no longer being taken into consideration. Booths had the right idea scraping most self serv and give that personal touch, the majority of us still want.
