Absolute RIP OFF! £16 to have a Duvet cleaned! My wife asked the price when leaving the quilt only to be told by the assstant they didnt know how much. She foolishly left the quilt! NEVER AGAIN. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

My cream jacket was destroyed, being mixed with a school uniform having an ink left in one of the pocket. Staff there and the owner did not take responsibility for what happened, blaming the other customer for forgetting that ink in the jacket, continuing to say it was not their fault.The owner called me without letting me to express my opinion, frustration and expectations, interrupting all the time and eventually hanged up the phone in the middle of the conversation.Incredible poor services and customer experience.Never again will go there and I do not recommend the place!
