The Nail & Body Boutique

I've seen a lot of reviews on here from people who watched the Spa Wars programme but have no personal experience of the salon so I wanted to add a review based on 4 years of having regular manicures at this salon and its predecessor The Nail Boutique. I've always received excellent customer service and I keep coming back because I love the quality of treatments. Michelle is passionate about delivering excellence in both the quality of treatments and customer service. She and the team are knowledgeable about the treatments they offer and care about offering treatments that work for the individual customer. I know from talking to the team over the years that Michelle cares about her staff and invests in their training and that shows in their skill and their attitude. the entire team including Michelle are so friendly and welcoming whenever I go and I highly recommend the salon

Lovely atmosphereI felt listened to when I was asked what I wanted.Staff seemed genuinely interested in the chit-chat you have with them.I felt comfortable, cared for, and got good service.No waiting, no delays - exactly what I need as a busy person.Will definitely return

I first started visiting Michelle when she was in Redhill and have followed her to her first salon and on to her second.Her standards are incredibly high, which I totally appreciate. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and this is evident throughout the gorgeous sparkly salon.Her staff are highly trained, they inspire confidence and Jess is just so very good!I have had brows and lashes treatment with Anna, again really good.Don't take my word for it book a treatment, you will be amazed

Absolutely amazing service, so friendly and helpful; nothing is too much.I visited the Nail & Body Boutique for the first time today and I was so impressed. I confused my appointment time but they accommodated me and did a fantastic job.I'd thoroughly recommend.

My boyfriends mum surprised me with a treatment at The Nail & Body Boutique for my Birthday, I know lucky me... little did I know how lucky! I love this place - have been a regular for a couple of years now since a few friends recommended it! I have never had anything but great service here. The girls are all amazingly friendly and I love having a cocktail and nibbles when having my nails done! Daisie has done some great art on my nails in the past too. Can't wait for you to be open again and I can come and indulge.

I have been going to the salon for over two years now and cannot fault the impeccable service I receive every time. The quality of the work is second to none - Jess truly is gifted when it comes to nails!! No matter what I ask for she always exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere of the salon is calm and friendly... it is my little treat to myself every three weeks. All staff in the salon are warm and welcoming, making every customer feel special. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

My friend and I got our nails done here, I got a gel manicure and she got an essential manicure. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we were 10 minutes late due to traffic and they made absolutely no issues and completed our service in a non-rushed and professional manner. Our nails look fabulous after. They also offered us refreshments and the place was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend here.

I have been a regular client for the last four years. The salon is fantastic and really well managed and a great team working there. I have my nails done very regularly and love the choice of colours and new products.The pedicure area is heaven and so relaxing with a nice glass of wine and nibbles and great place for a catch up. Also have waxing and Anna is great, so fast making the process nearly painless! Would highly recommend the salon.
