Russ was friendly, professional and efficient. We hired him to fix a small gas leak on the outlet pipe. He was really careful when he had to take up a few floorboards and did a great job. Also good communication on the phone and he arrived at the agreed time! Thanks

Called Rak plumbing and heating, because of issue with boiler. Came within 2 hours solved the issue, informed me what he was doing. Russ Khan was a very polite and professional person with excellent knowledge of his trade.Will use him again and highly recommend him.

Had a faulty boiler wouldn't start. Called rak plumbing and heating. Responded very quick came found the fault, which was a jammed pump. Repaired it. Charged me half the price of what other plumbers quoted. Was a lovely chap.

Cannot thank Russ enough for his dedicated work fixing our boiler over these last few days. We were in a real pickle and he worked tirelessly to ensure that our boiler was repaired. He really knows his stuff, the mediod of the repair was especially impressive as it showed his knowledge off rather than just replacing parts like for like. Also he was very Covid safe throughout his time in our home.
