Velvet Paws

I took my very nervous rescue dog here today and she doesn't like people only her own humans. I've only had her cut once before and that was rather traumatic. But I could not believe it when I walked in to pick her up. No scared cowering dog, oh no, she was strutting round the shop with the owner!!! I've never seen her like it. And she looks so beautiful, she had a top notch pampering session and although she was happy to see me she wasn't heading for the door. I would recommend Velvet Paws to anyone. She took time to find out about my Bonnie and how she is with people. I will never go anywhere except here in the future. Best groomer in the Lowestoft area. Thank you

I have been bringing Hugo for over a year now and never had a problem. She always listens to what I would like done with my dog and gives great advice too. He always comes home looking great… Would highly recommend!

Took our little rescue dog for her first groom here today.So pleased with the way our Poppy was cared for. She looks and smelt lovely,she’s a timid little thing quite nervous but all went well and tail wagging when we picked her up. Already booked for next time. “Brilliant”

Took my 5 year old long haired chihuahua today for his first visit and i could not be happier. Teddy hates his paws being touched but he was such a good boy. Will definitely make another appointment, the young ladies were so kind.

Took our dog Teddy here for the first time today and think he received the best groom ever! The lady took the time to listen and understand Teds needs. I felt very comfortable leaving him there and he was very happy when we picked him up. I cannot rate this dog groomer enough! Very caring, kind and took the time needed to complete a wonderful groom. Lady is a very caring &kind person. I take my 3 dogs regular and have no problem in recommending her. My dogs always come home well groomed and happy which to me is the most important thing. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can be sure your animal will be well taken care of.

Been taking my dogs to velvet paws for almost a year and I wouldn't take my dogs to any other dog groomers! The lady is so lovely and cares a lot about any dog that walks through the door. Would recommend velvet paws to anyone with a dog, especially a nervous one as she has so much patience.
