I've been with a Huawei p20 pro on 7 May 2022 to change screen and back cover. I've buy screen and back cover and next day when I've taken ,back was broken and the front sensor missing ,the guy who fix it told me that the phone don't have the sensor . The shop its gest to take your money.the guy don't know to fix phones

Absolutely disgusting costumer service and lack of organization between employees and supplierFirst I brought my Samsung Galaxy S6 to the shop as the charging port was not working hence I could not charge my phoneThe supposed manager (even though his customer skills were appaling) told me he could not garantee the phone to be fixed as the screen was damaged, so it could break more in case they try to fix it. However he took it and send it to reparing shop in case they could do something (until here all good)After all this, he told me to come and pick it up on Friday 08.09.2017 (I left the phone on the shop on Monday the 04.09.2017 so it was 5 days without my phone).As I could not come on Friday I came on Sunday, and of course due to the ineptitude of the stablishment, my phone was not ready, so they told me to come the day after (which was already 7 days without phone).Obviusly and once again, due to the ineptitude of the stablishment, the phone was not there. I needed my phone somehow wether fixed or not so at this point my aim was just getting the phone back so I only wanted to know when the phone was going to be back. They told me to come Wednesday, Thursday (14.09.2017) and after 11 unveliable days of waiting!!!!!!!!Thursday came and on the third attemp of getting my phone back (the fact of it being fixed was not in my mind I just wanted to have my phone back). Obviously and once again my phone was not there again so we are talking almost 2 weeks and 4 attemtps to pick up my phone)Finally they told me it was going to be on Saturday 23.09.2017 (reminder I dropped the phone Monday 04.09.2017 so almost 2 weeks!!!!!!) so I came and finally could pick up the phone.Magically they fixed it and when I came to pick it up I asked them what would happen if it stops working, specially knowing that I was going for holidays for 1 week, and their policy is that after fixing a device, there is a 7 days trial and if there was an issue they, would send it back to repair shop). They told me that I could still bring it as I was going for holidays, so at this point I was not concernedSo I went for holidays and of course, the phone stopped working after 2 days I picked up. It did not stop working fully, it was charging whenever the phone felt like doing itAfter I came to London (yesterday the 24.09.2017) the phone stopped working completely) so I called the shop a few minutes ago and basically the manager told me that after 7 days trial (policy company) they could not do anything (I REPEAT, THE 2 EMPLOYEES, KNOWING MY HOLIDAYS PLAN, TOLD ME I COULD STILL BRING IT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AFTER THE 7 DAYS POLICY)So in short, 2 weeks and 4 attempts to pick up my not well fixed phone, and of course, 60 pounds for the experienceCompletely disgusted for these 3 individuals in the establisment, disgusting costumer service and skills, and on top that TRUE STEALERSPLEASE DO NOT COME TO DO THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SWINDLED OR LIED ON YOUR FACE
