I just wanted to say a BIG! Thank you to Air Balloon Road Garage they did a full service and MOT on my Renault Megane. The customer service was absolutely amazing, I was provided with up to date information on what needed to be done and when everything was going to be completed.As they say the proof is in the pudding and WOW! In the 6 years that I have had the car I can honestly say that I don’t think it has ever driven so well. From the suspension to the way the car accelerates, this is the best service so far. I've only been in Bristol since September as I now go to university here. My car broke down the week before last and not having my parents here or knowing the area I had a minor issue. I didn't want to be ripped off seeing as I know next to nothing about car mechanics but equally I wanted the job to be done properly. I could not fault or fail to recommend this company! They are absolutely fantastic; I wasn't ripped off at all, the service was super quick (car was fixed within a couple of days of me ringing them), they are all lovely mechanics (polite, hard workers and efficient) and I could not have been happier parting with my money to a trustworthy business.I hope this review helps anyone looking for a mechanic. This is my first review; I thought I'd share my experience because I was so impressed with the service provided.

Great garage, great quality repairs, always honest advice and friendly and professional. Sorted my LHD car when I moved to the UK for amazing value for money, and have gotten it fixed, MOT and serviced here since, and my car is running better than ever. Can't recommend Kevin enough!

I did like the experience I had by using Air balloon garage from the phone call to the completion of the work. Very easy to speak to on the phone also makes you feel at ease when face-to-face very knowledgeable about their work I felt I had value for money. very helpful and stop what they are doing and gives you that time to deal with your query thank you very much lads

Great customer service.Very flexible. Halfords cancelled my MOT 2 days before it was due and didn't bother trying to book me elsewhere. I rung these on the monday it was due and the MOT was done in the afternoon.Thank you.

Brilliant trustworthy garage.. got my car Mot,ed and serviced with Kevin and couldn't have gone smoother. Also got my dads Transit DPF issues sorted a couple of weeks after. Honest guy with Honest advice. Highly recommended!
