Great company to work for! Lots of support and training and it’s obvious that Stella really care about their clients and their team members. I would have no hesitation recommending Stella Care to any of my friends or relatives.

After working in Care for 15+ years there's not many care companies I would have recommended to friends and family, but Stella carers go above and beyond nothing is too much for any of the carers. With that in mind I did recommended Stella to my family. All the carers provided professional and committed care and support to my nan.

Stella Care are the number 1 carers in Torbay, the care staff and admin staff are so helpful and caring. My mother has really had her ups and downs during the last couple of years but Stalla Care have been so supportive that she feels safe and able to continue life in her own home with her cat. I cant thank Stella Care enough for all there help.

Stella is an amazing place to work. I went into care with no experience and I’ve come out the other side qualified and confident. The management look after you and it’s really more like a family than a job. The relationships you build with both staff and clients is invaluable and I’ll remember my time with Stella fondly for the rest of my life!

I have worked at Stella for around 9 months and during that time the management and other staff memebers have been supportive and always on hand to help where needed . The management provide incentives to show that our work and commitment is appreciated. Stella have also been flexible to the requests of my preferred working hours and days which over my time of working here have changed more recently .I am.enjoying my time with Stella and hope to continue to do so .

Lovely Company to Work for. Lots of support and very knowledgable owners. Alway time to support and advice carers, uniforms provided are lovely and carers have a choice of several different ones. Owners work in establishments themselves so have insight into what is expected of us and where they and us. Lots of perks and fabulous training. Best agency I've ever worked for ❤️

Having never really worked in care before there's not many companies that give you lots of support and training right from the get go. Stella Care has been one of the best moves I've made regarding career change. It's a great company to work for, the staff work exceptionally well together as a team and the team spirit is amazing, hilarious, professional and friendly. The support from both management and team members when your having a tough day and dealing with some challenges along the way is second to none. Knowing someone listens and understands is appreciated and much needed on occasions. The hours are flexible and rates of pay better than other companies I've worked for. Stella Care is professional and all team members make it an enjoyable place to work full time. The clients are fantastic and well cared for, as well as put a smile on my face on a daily basis.Definitely a recommended company to work for.
