Had my hair cut and blow dry done by Patricia and honestly one of the best hair stylists ever, so lovely and friendly. Love my hair! Everyone is so nice and the salon is beautiful. Definitely going back! x

they always seem to change the name, managers or some other reasons the salon listed at that location is constantly changing,I paid 28pounds for a manicure, technician was nice, service was basic & standard,basically the same price you would pay at london grace a well known franchise nail salon.It always seemed quite, even though the staff reassured me they have regular customers to which I thought was hilarious considering their pedicure dryer looked dusty as hell and was an obvious sign it was hardly ever used.Pedicure without polish costs £38!!! Basically paying £38 for a soak & file. Lmao.For that price I can get a GEL pedi at the nail spa salon in Canning Town done by amazing Vietnamese technicians! That includes a nice foot massage too.Don’t bother waste your money at Buheti.Absolute extortionist prices when you can get it cheaper at VA salon or even cheaper at nail spa in Canning Town.Inflation is one thing but extortion is quite another.Buheti have a 10% discount after spending a certain amount which I thought was a joke considering how expensive it was.At least at VA you get free treatments and better value rewards for customers.And they don’t do concessions for residents either but do for workers. Another joke.It’s basically a last resort salon that one would need to go if they had no other appointments or a ton of money to burn.Absolutely RIDICULOUS PRICES.take your money and go to other near by salons that are cheaper & have a way better loyalty rewards for their customers.Probably a good thing that buheti says closed when googling.Should stay that way.Doubt they will be there no much longer than the other previous owners & managers anyway.To expensive for a small salon located in between residential buildings.Don’t bother waste your money when there are 2 other perfectly priced nail salons that are cheaper & have better loyalty rewards.Buheti is a rip off.Never again.

Atmosphere is really gorgeous. A lot of green and plants. The staff was nice but not exceptional friendly.I had shelac manicure which was quick and professional. However Hygiene is not as it should be. Same file, buffer, clipper are used for all customers. They are not sterilised before using it on me. The therapist even clipped something off his own finger with my clipper. The lamp was not cleaned for a long time. It was sticky. I might go there again, but will ask them to clean first.

Very disappointed with few days ago service. I been to the shop for the fourth time and sadly I can say will be the last. I had pedicure an manicure and the service wasn’t accurate at all. The lady was doing my nails did it for 3 times as the nail polish wasn’t good and she tried to dilute with some product. After two hours and third polish application I told her I didn’t want to go head for the next application but her colleague proposed me for a free gel polish for a quicker dry.Very sad about as it was very close to me. Also the shop it doesn’t look clean as used to be and nail files are the seme for everyone!

Highly pathetic management of appointments by the salon team.Twice my appointments have been cancelled at the last moment because of customer before me coming late for their services .I am the one suffering because of that.I have always been on time to their salon but they just cancelled my appointment and didn't even made effort to fit me in for another slot for same day.They are ready to have other bookings going the same way they are but cancelling mine.Not at all acceptable.If you have policy of cancelling appointment if customer is 10mins late then adhere to it so that customer coming on time doesn't get affected or if it's lack on your side to manage time for particular services kindly improve the estimations and slots accordingly online.All my plans have been affected due to there non professional behaviour and management.It's not about the money but about the effort I have put in to book online and planned my personal stuff according to it.Either you should stop taking appointments online and make a fuss for booking or try to be more professional.A lot have been said by me, but this definitely means I will not go back to them ever for any services as they are highly unreasonable, unreliable and non professionals in what they do.

Highly unprofessional staff. Had initially booked an appointment at 1:35pm but they call me at 12pm to come at 2:15 when I told them I have personal commitments at 2. They asked me to come at 1:15pm but did not serve me until 1:49pm. The lady was ready to serve another client whose appointment was at 1:30pm but would take me after him. When I questioned she started to shout oh me saying the previous customer came late and it's not her fault. And literally shouted on me. When asked to cancel the appointment at 1:45pm, she got angry and started yelling. Like they say first impression is the last impression. I am never going back there again

They are annoyingly unprofessional and rude. I booked a hair cut for my wife and they cancelled it at last minute. This is second time they did cancel it at last minute. They simply said we will have to cancel because the customers prior to us were late .The staffs are real dumb to manage customer and their explanations to cancel our appointment showed they lack in customer Service . Even the staff I spoke didn’t showed any interest to shift/block another slot for us.Very Proudly She Said - Go and Write Down Bad Review wherever u want.Such BAD and RUDE staff , they really don’t understand customer service.

Patricia did an excellent job on my hair, she explained very well what she was going to do, she was also very kind and pleasant with me. She also recommended me hair products that will help me with my type of hair. I recommend her 300%.

Denisa made my nails today. She is so delicate I swear I could sleep. Loved my pamper day!
