Pet Practice Veterinary Surgery

I can not recommend the team here enough. My cat needed surgery but the cost my original vets quoted was something I could not commit tso I felt the best thing would be for me to hand him over to cats protection as this would have been the only way he could get the treatment he needed. This was not an easy decision and it took a lot of phone calls and emails for me to get to that point. I had totally lost hope and was beside myself. Luckily my mum popped into the practise last minute to ask for some advise and they advised they could carry out the surgery and provide the treatment for almost half the price!!!! I couldn't believe it, so I quickly got him registered and booked in. From start to finish the team were amazing and provided the best care for my boy. If it wasn't for Ben and his great team, I would not have my boy with me now, I can't thank them enough.

A Facebook advert led me to PetPractice Billingshurst, and I was unsure what to expect. But I have been very pleased with the service, and will use them again.Many thanks

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. As well as putting me at ease, I have never seen our cat so relaxed with a vet! I was given plenty of constructive advice after our cat had a thorough check up. This was my first visit and I have no concerns about further appointments. Five stars!

Lizzie was very friendly and helpful in managing my Dogs care which at times became quite challenging due to him being an excitable patient.

Practice was really good. V professional. Appt was charged as stated. Vet went the extra mile and sorted a cyst on our dog. All part of the fee which was quoted. No extra charging, no up selling lots of drugs etc. helpful and kind. Totally different to our previous vet practice! Impressed! Big thank you.

Staff are really helpful and friendly, I feel my dogs are in safe hands when we have to visit. Free parking on site is very helpful.

I joined Pet Practice around a year ago and have always found the service exceptional.The nursing and reception team are always friendly and helpful and we have built up a good relationship over the last year.The vet team are compassionate and sympathetic and treat every animal with respect. The knowledge they have is excellent and you can rest assured your pets are in good and safe hands with them.I would not hesitate to give them a glowing reference.Well done to Ben and the team!
