I recently visited Dr Lister at Chartwell Dental Care and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time.Dr Lister was fantastic, during my appointment he explained each step of the process, answered any questions I had and ensured I was comfortable throughout. He took the time to review my x-rays and discuss any concerns I had about my oral health. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.Overall, I had a great experience at Chartwell Dental Care with Dr Lister and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.The staff were top-notch, the facilities were clean and modern, and the level of care I received was excellent. I will definitely be returning for future dental needs!

I was recommended Chartwell Dental Care by a friend (his wife had been a patient for many years) and I am so glad I took his advice. I developed an infection and Lucy went above and beyond to escalate this to the Dental Hospital, without this I would never have had a proper diagnosis and the right treatment. I am so grateful to her for this care (she also kept in touch to follow up and ensure I had recovered). The reception staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. I'm so glad I have confidence in my new dental practice and can count on them to deliver great service.

I went to Chartwell Dental Care for the first time and saw Dr. Calum Hutchison. From his scheduler Jackie to checking out on the day the experience was phenomenal.Dr.Calum Hutchison is so thorough, he took x-rays, went over them explaining what he saw, so that I understood about my dental health. He also explained something that I do moving my jaw that no other dentist has ever done! I have seen multiple dentists over the years both here and USA and nobody except Dr. Calum Hutchison has ever mentioned this…so very thorough and impressive!He also took the time to test a tooth that I had concerns about. Lucky for me I needed no treatment except routine hygienist appointments, that is already booked in.If you are looking for a new dental practice Chartwell Dental Care is the place to go. Dr. Calum Hutchison is fantastic!

Can't rate my experiences at Chartwell anymore highly. Graham's standard of care during past procedures has been top notch and I encourage others to get in touch. They have offered me a huge range of services to ensure I was happy with my dental health, with flexible hours of availability at a time where I had to change appointment date.

I could not recommend Chartwell dental clinic more. It’s an extremely welcoming clinic with warm and friendly staff. They offered a vast range of treatments. I completed invisalign and whitening with Dr Graham Lister and could not fault the process at all. Graham is excellent and each appointment I felt extremely at ease. I am delighted with the result of my treatment. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Had an emergency situation and called several dentists who wouldn’t even see me “sorry we are full up” and then I I found Chartwell and the clouds cleared snd the sun came out. Fantastic friendly staff who make you very welcome. Then there is Mr Graham Lister a fantastic dentist who took care of me. He was friendly puts you at ease and then most importantly gets the job done efficiently and “painlessly” A big thank you to all the great family at Chartwell They get my highest recommendation.

Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I had work done recently by Dr Lister that I was nervous about. He put me completely at ease and talked me through the whole process. Each visit he listens to my concerns, answers any questions I have in a really patient manner and clearly explains my treatment options to me. As I said, I cannot recommend this lovely practice and Dr Lister enough!

Cannot fault the Invisalign treatment and care I've had from Dr Calum Hutchison. From day one he has offered nothing but the highest of service as well as an easy going and calm approach. I am almost finished my course of Invisalign but I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my dental care in future.
