I wanted a floral tribute for my mum's funeral that didn't say 'funeral flowers' when people saw them. My mum loved gardening and flowers. I asked the shop if they could help with a tribute which was not in the catalogue I,e, bespoke. When I went to collect their work I was absolutely delighted with their considerable effort to produce something different. It was a cocophany of colour with many different flowers arranged with random depth, I.e it looked like someone had taken out a portion of a flower border in full bloom. Our funeral director commented at the crematorium, that he has seen very many similar tributes over the years but never one as outstandingly beautiful and natural as ours. You really can put your trust in this florist to provide you with exactly what you require and it doesn't need to be copied from a catalogue.

Excellent Customer Service.I placed an 'Interflora' order at 'Wharrams'. Maya was extremely helpful in explaining both the flowers in the order and the whole process - important as the flowers were intended for a relative who is very ill.Unfortunately we suffered a bad experience both with the quality/ quantity of the flowers and the other florist. This was nothing to do with 'Wharrams' but Maya contacted Interflora, explained the issues and secured a full refund. She didn't have to do this but she cared and has high standards of Customer Service.I cannot speak highly enough of 'Wharrams' and would recommend them without hesitation.

Rang, placed an order, flowers delivered the same day to South Cave, a superb presentation. Girlfriend over the moon with them. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

Both my sister in law and I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday (day after valentine's) mine were orderded at the shop, my sister in law through inter flower from South Africa. Both were not what was expected. Even the florist in South Africa when shown the photos agreed that was never worth the money paid. Disappointed

Excellent service. Purchased a funeral spray for the coffin at our father's funeral. Ordered by phone as we're not local but the lady discussed our requirements thoroughly and the results were beyond our expectations.Thank you.

Just got home with bouquet of red roses for Valentine’s Day. Very disappointed. Rose petals have black marks on them? The chap took the pre made bouquet from the bottom of a rack. Clearly water had dropped onto them from above. Tried to call shop but phone must be off the hook. Used this shop for years - not now!
