I had a whopper meal which I enjoy very much. I believe the burgers are a lot better than Mcdonalds and the chips are nice and hot. The only downside side was the Fanta grapes was mixed properly in the machine but it won't put me off. No photos but next will post up

I came on Thursday when I tell you the customer service was so good they are so polite and so nice to you I loved it when you come on fast restaurants you don’t expect to have such an amazing customer service but this one is one of the best in London even better than 5 star restaurants for real !Everything was clean tidy and the food amazing!

Delivery drivers take precedence over walk in and click & collect app customers, so if you’re willing to wait over 30 mins during peak times to even be served, then this is the place for you. As usual, chips are one of the worse out of the fast food chains, so the only reward is the burger.

Food is very good, better than many other BK. Sometimes the service is slow and you will see many more person queueing than eating. Great burger king.

Burger King serve a far superior Burger in comparison to other fast food restaurants. I've eaten in and ordered delivery for the Lewisham branch. My meals are always perfectly prepared and they follow the order notes for my burgers.

My visit to Burger King was disappointing. Despite my order being ready, I had to wait approximately 10 minutes at the collection counter. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge my order number. When seeking assistance from another staff member, I was told it wasn't his responsibility. The employees displayed a lack of politeness and responded rudely to me. Overall I had a very negative experience.

I ordered takeaway but took nearly 30 minutes as more and more deliveroo snd uber eat coming in and served before me.Looks like it was only one staff member in the kitchen, one manager on fries and deliveroo drivers, and 2 staff taking orders.Felt sorry for the girl alone in the kitchen..

The service: is understandable due to the raging economical issues this country is facing. The place seems short staffed but however the management seems to be doing a good job keeping up.Food: All freshly prepared as I have seen and tasted! Food taste great! The chips seems to be different from before but for good.Advice: wish they had more options in the drink category and deserts!Atmosphere: I have never experienced a fast paced restaurant with such environment. It amazes me that a place in lewisham can be soo soothing and warm. 10/10!Overall great place to take the family out for lunch or personally enjoy a “me” time in the evening whilst enjoying the food.Would like to see more drink and food option plus more staff to help with the keep up!
