Dedman Lettings

This is the best letting agent I have ever used in the UK. Excellent manager Harriet, there was a bit of drain blockage within the apartment today been Saturday 14/10/23, I sent an email, she called immediately, spoke with me, I had concluded the job will be sorted out on Monday but to my surprise she called me back to let me know that the plumber will be with me in an hour, in less than 45 minutes plumber arrived issue sorted out, I have never seen this for a long while, they deserve a five star.

I have nothing for praise in the way Dedman Lettings have helped me in managing my rental property.They are always in the end of a phone if need be and so efficient.The paperwork completed to protect my tenants and myself on time and explained so well.Friendly service and I would happily recommend them onto anyone looking for a reliable service.Christine Wise

Horrific experience from Dedman Lettings, information not correctly provided and causing issue with other neighbours because of this poor service. Stay away.Please share the full details as to why I have left this feedback instead of hiding the truth. You failed to provide all the information to the tenants which caused agrovation to neighbours. Poor service provided to the tenants causing upset to the tenants and neighbours. My comment still stands, very un-professional and I would avoid if you don't want to be left in a situation where you have not been provided the correct information.Feel free to show the document already provided to you showing the correct information which you have failed to apply to the new tenants.No threats have been made and accusations like this are petty and only look bad against yourself. You have clearly failed and do not want to take ownership of your behaviour and would rather blame other people. Accept your mistakes and move on rather than trying to blame us.You can attempt to contact anyone in our area and will find no bad information, instead of wasting your time doing this, provide the correct information and advise your tenants to follow the rules.

I am very lucky to get flat rented from Dedman lettings. Team is amazing, they were very supportive and the paper work was very quick and easy. They are very prompt for any responses and they are always willing to help to speedup the renting process and getting the house handed over. Happy to be associated with them.

Dedman Lettings are a great agency to work with, very professional, responsive and always willing to help in regards to anything we need. What a great find, Harriet has been amazing throughout, very attentive, professional and went the extra mile to find me an excellent tenant. I had a nightmare with my old tenant so this time I've been really cautious and Harriet has helped provide reassurance with her comprehensive checks and vetting procedure.
