Adapt Commercial Cleaning
After joining the team in 2022 and have worked in a few sites since writing this. I can’t believe the standard of cleaning Rihan Owen has her team working to. Very high standards are given to all sites and attention to detail. I enjoy working and being a part of the team. She is an amazing business woman.

Adapt was a great place to work because of its supportive boss, knowledgeable supervisors, and positive work environment.My boss, Colin, was always encouraging and flexible, and he made sure that I had everything I needed to do my job well. My supervisor, Pam, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and she was always willing to help me learn and grow. The team at Adapt was friendly and supportive, and everyone was always willing to go the extra mile.

I have worked for Adapt for nearly a year, all of the management team are friendly and approachable. Completing my apprenticeship with Adapt has helped me to gain new skills and have a good insight into the cleaning industry! I am really enjoying working within the office team, highly recommend!

I work for adapt and for nearly six years and I have never worked for a fab company. The management are fab and I can honestly say that my area manager andrew is fantastic i would highly recommend this company they will never disappoint you thats why i give a 5star.

I have worked for this company previously was only a short time sadly as change in career came available but have say I had no problems what so ever management were great and helpful and any queries were happily sorted they were happy to help if more work hours was required , wages paid on time would definitely work again for this companyHighly recommended

On joining the company in August 2021 I was new to this industry, with no real experience in cleaning and welcomed into the team as part of its own.Training was given in all aspects of the job and learning new skills every day. I really enjoy my job at Adapt as management to all levels are friendly and answer all questions I have had. Great support, great team, great job, is how i would describe my time here at Adapt.
