Found staff very condescending and unhelpful because I had gone in 8 weeks before wedding to buy 2 suits, apparently had left it too late" Walked out and went to slaters in Newcastle where got sorted with plenty of weeks to spare..Would avoid completely"

Bought myself a new scarf and some socks, suits and jackets were exquisite, although on the sharper side of affordable.This particular moss bros, is the cheapest within the wider area, cheaper than Dalton Park outlet, and the Metro Centre.Staff were incredibly helpful, and amazingly pleasant, with a sharp wit and friendly atmosphere.Great location, great prices, and friendly staff. 5/5, I would visit again next time!

I had to renew my wardrobe for a special event, and it was the right place to go.I have been provided excellent advice in term of suit colour to suit the event, shirt sizes and fitting, shoes, belt, everything!The approach of the staff in Moss, to provide a tailored experience to customers, makes the shop a must go place.Compared to High Street prices, the outlet offer competitive prices.I truly enjoyed the experience and left a happy customer.
