Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.

Always a good experience here! Great staff who are very attentive, and the casino is always clean and inviting.

Had a snack in the bar with family and food was luke warm, had a very long wait and food came at different times. Bar staff lady Roxana was very rude and abrupt when we ordered a gluten free toastie. They didnt have any in stock!!! They shouldnt advertise what they havent got. Not impressed at all.

Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time. The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.Played a game of poker in the private upper cardroom, and was treated to chocolates as it was Valentines evening. Staff were provided and were well trained. Toilets were well lit, clean, and roomy with good access. Car parking on site, with staff and security in attendance. Enjoyed my evening and would go back.

A year ago it was goodSo that was written over a year ago, since then the resteraunt has deteriorated with slow service and poor menu. The bar food is OK but restricted menu with many items not available. Some staff have developed an attitude problem.
