in accordance with the tenancy agreement, I have left the home and have cleaned it nearly to the same standard as when I arrived. However, despite my willingness to pay for cleaning, I was charged £722.36. This just to paint one room and cleaning and for this they almost charged me a whole month rent. Worst Lettings agency. They just try to use whole deposit in cleaning and other stuff. They are just going to deduct the amount however you have cleaned thoroughly or not and when we rented this property washroom was uncleaned so at that time they didn't showing willingness to clean, even one of the agents was there at that time.

I can’t praise Astons enough for all the help and advice, which guided me through my sale, and indirectly my purchase with another agent.Simon primarily dealt with my sale, and him and the sales team did an amazing job of promoting the property, and subsequent viewings.I was in the awkward position of selling two properties to purchase one, and Simon was most understanding of my position. He was always available to talk to, and never failed to resolve any issues (even after the sale was complete) Simon was superb at communicating with my buyer, and ensuring the sale always moved forward. As the sale progressed, and tensions began to rise with regards to mortgage expiry dates and other deadlines, Tony kindly became heavily involved. Tony relentlessly pushed all sides involved from my buyer, my solicitor, buyer’s solicitor, my other properties solicitor and agent. I truly believe if it wasn’t for his negotiating and experience the sale would have collapsed.I have nothing but praise for the whole Astons team who was involved in my sale.Also as it happens they dealt with the sale of the property when I purchased it originally, and I recall they did an amazing job back then also.

We recently used Astons Sales and Lettings Ltd to sell our property at Kilnwood Vale and they were outstanding.From start to finish Astons went above and beyond to support us, not only to market and sell our property, but also in progressing the sale and chasing the various parties involved.The initial contact with Simon was fantastic, he took his time in explaining the process and marketed our property at a competitive rate. Simon followed up our initial contact on a few occasions and was patient with us whilst we considered whether it was the right time for us.The photography and virtual tour were to very high standard and the listing on the various websites looked fantastic. Through no fault of Astons our move took a whopping 11 months during which time we had three separate buyers. Despite the setbacks Astons continued to provide the very best service, and without doubt are the best estate agent in the area.I've previously had very poor experiences with estate agents, and as such I entered into our sale with a sense of trepidation. However, Astons have changed my mind on the industry as a whole, and I have every confidence that Astons have our best interests in mind.Where Astons really come into their own is with their sales progression which was managed for us by Tony. Tony was second to none in progressing our sale and we exchanged countless emails, phone calls & text messages throughout the transaction (all three of them!) to tie it all together. Without this support I am without doubt that we’d still be sat in a stalemate of solicitors bickering amongst each other and not doing their jobs correctly. Tony’s support was absolutely fantastic and we will be forever thankful to him for his efforts. Having purchased our new home from a much larger agent who had zero sales progression I cannot stress the importance of the sales progression, having heard very little from the agent we purchased from since our offer was accepted.Having viewed a number of properties, including with Astons, I can honestly say that Astons are the most professional, approachable and friendly agent in the area and if you are looking for an estate agent to market your home you needn't look elsewhere. I have every confidence that you will be as satisfied with their service as we are, and I urge you not to waste time considering other agents.

I bought my house from Astons over 10 years ago, then used them for renting and have now sold it with them. I can't thank the team enough, highly professional, great communication - emails always followed by phone calls so I could keep track as I didn't live locally.
