Straight Forward Recruitment

Unfortunately yet another proof that recruitment agencies don't really care about people, but rather about money on their pockets. Good first impressions, job offered fairly quickly and good communication. Unfortunately yet again false promised had been made as the job turned out to be different than described. I explained to Simon that I suffer from bad back and I am unable to do any heavy lifting. I have been told it's a 100% forklift job and there is no heavy lifting involved. Obviously once I got to work I ended up lifting heavy stuff, work with oversized pallets etc and in the end ended up with a back injury that requires physio. I tried to explain the situation over the messages to Simon but have been completely ignored... which I find unacceptable. He only got back to me once I got injured! I havent heard back from him again as air have been handed over to Susan and Sonata who on the other hand make you feel just like a number on their books sending dry, rude messages and wouldn't even tell me who they are without me having to ask them... in general not the best experience at all and the fact that their false description of job duties resulted in me getting injured should be punished! Also, when you join he agency nearer the end of the tax year they will not make you aware that you will loose your holidays even though you have literally no chance of taking your accrude entitlement. Some people get paid automatically whatever is left and others need to fight for what's theirs. After a long battle with a rude consultant they finally paid the money making it clear that it is the last time they agree help". Missing wages... different amount on the payslip and completely different amount transferred into bank account. Would avoid like fire."
