Excellent and professional service, from the showroom manager, to the estimator, the installers were very friendly, polite, and expert at their job, and very professional in the installation of the chimney and wood burner, the job was completed on time and the whole area was left very clean and tidy.I would highly recommend this company for any one needing advice and installation of a fire.

Fantastic from start to finish. Stephen was very helpful in assisting me with my choice of log burner and I found the whole package very reasonably priced. The installers were very courteous, professional, clean and tidy and left an amazing finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We had an open gas fire fitted last week. Lovely job very well done, thank you. Really pleased with it and it's professional installation and attention to detail , first class. Recommend, Recommend, Recommend.We have good central heating but wanted a focal point. Also, thinking of possible power cuts in the winter. This fire really pumps out the heat even on low. We' ve had to move the CH thermostat - toasty in the lounge, but turned off the heating everywhere else! I initially thought £250 Installation was punchy but I was wrong. The survey, removal of the old fire, new piping etc. was well worth it. More work than you imagine.

I had a gas fire replaced with a wood burning stove and am thrilled with the result. The process was seamless from my first visit to the store to installation. The guys installing were fantastic, they were very tidy, professional, polite and thorough. The craftsmanship is stunning and the result is amazing. The rate was competitive. They kindly taught me how to use it and the actual stove is beautiful. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend this company.

First class service, from looking at extensive range of fires and fireplaces in the showroom, the selection of the Gas Suite I wanted, the process couldn't have been smoother .Excellent service from site survey through to installation and commissioning of Gas Suite by very competent, clean and experienced fitter on the dates given, I cannot find fault.I would highly recommend this firm.W.
