I'm not really the review leaving person, but after the service from Spartan Music I just had to say something.It has been a long time since I've had such a high level of care and service from any form of shop let alone an on-line shop !!!It really made me feel that it was more than just another sale, that they really cared, the communication was excellent, I was kept up to date as to when the product was due, I just couldn't fault them.Thank you Mark and all at Spartan Music I'm sure I will be back for more.

Stellar service from Mark and at the team at Spartan Music. A pedal I wanted was out of stock (completely out of Spartan Music’s control; the supplier had issues with sourcing parts due to the pandemic). They kept me updated throughout and the pedal arrived this week and it is awesome. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Spartan music again as their customer service is excellent! I bought new production pair of 6v6 and 6sn7 vaccum tubes from Mark at Spartan Music. Placing the order was a breeze and the whole transaction was fast and easy. Mark was friendly and replied to my queries promptly.Unfortunately, one of the 6v6 tubes broke enroute but Mark replaced it immediately and shipped a new one without asking any questions at his own expense. I've ordered from Spartan music many many times over the last few years and have always found them to be fantastic. They always reply quickly and helpfully over email and they always post quickly. The one time I had an issue with a pedal I'd bought it was a quick and painless process to get a refund, and on my most recent purchase I'd emailed them to see if they had any clip-on tuners in stock and they added one to the order free of charge! Very highly recommended.

I’ve ordered a few pedals now and they’ve all arrived quickly and well packaged with free postage. Returned one hassle free. Great selection of pedals, some unusual names there but all good stuff. Will definitely order again next time I need a pedal/guitar thing!

Great shop with some really competitive pricing. I was looking for a pair of headphones and I came across Spartan Music. At first I was a little sceptical if I'm honest, due to the limited amount of reviews etc.I'm really pleased to say that Mark and the team have been fantastic in dispatching my item next day and luckily, after chasing the post man around the estate for 10 minutes, I managed to get my order without missing it... I was pretty desperate for it, after snapping my other headphones and having no proper solution for several days...!Great stuff :)

Absolutely brilliant service, incredibly helpful, quick delivery for stuff bought online. I've bought several Caline pedals from here over the past couple of years and they've always arrived in a couple of days, and always in perfect condition. The owner has also been very patient and helpful on the several occasions I've messaged him to ask questions. I honestly can't recommend them enough :)

The web site is easy to find your way around, they stock a good variety of pedals etc., and their prices are some of the best I have seen with free shipping as a bonus. My pedal was shipped promptly and was very well packed. I would buy again from Spartan next time I am in the market for another pedal.
