My 1200RT is running perfectly again after its long sleep in 2020 and a full 24,000 mile service at SMC Ltd. Mechanic Mike found a couple of other issues and called me to discuss how to proceed with no pressure although I had no concerns trusting his expertise. Excellent service and very reasonably priced for BMWs. Will be a returning customer.

Visited Mike & Tim on Monday to view a BMW they had for sale, the bike was so much better than they described. I travelled over 350 miles with confidence due to their attitude on the phone, they even waited on after hours due to me being held up in traffic. I contacted Mike at SMC after a trip to Europe during which my bike wasn't quite running properly. I arranged to drop it off for him to check out and within the 45 minutes it took to drive back home Mike was on the phone with the diagnosis.It took a few more days to fix due to parts availability but even then Mike phoned to give me an update to state that parts hadn't arrived from BMW but that he'd make it a priority once the parts had been delivered.Absolutely stoked with their customer service and the work done, the bike feels like a totally different machine to ride now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SMC or take my bike back for any future service requirements.

SMC is fantastic. Mike is the best you could wish for to work on your bike. Incredibly honest, friendly and knowledgeable - he's done a great job on my BMW GS. Top bloke, top service.

Good to see Mike and Tim in business providing a very friendly and personal service. Had first rate service from Mike over the last week with a couple of things on my GSA (at reasonable prices) and the bike feels and sounds great now. Also purchased from Tim a nice looking pair of TCX X-Blend boots which I'd had my eye on for a while and happened to notice on Tim's shelf while I was waiting for the bike. Whilst they feel solid and well made, they were instantly comfortable. Rode to work in them then wore all day and could hardly feel they were there.

The service given at this dealership is second to none.Do not let the size of the operation put you off because the best things come in small packages.Tim in sales is a very genuine man with years of experience which he is only too glad to share. The sales experience was easy and enjoyable, I would have no problem or reservation in recommending this gem of a motorcycle dealership.You will not find pushy look down the nose salesperson’s here, just honest people making an honest living.Well done Lads - a refreshing change
