Mark (the owner) was very considerate in inviting me to the shop to discuss music streaming and DAC's when I asked about product and tech advice in this area. Mark definitely knows his beans and importantly related all the tech side in to real world understanding and helped me navigate through the many options where I made a very comfortable decision on a Bluesound Node 2i. I've been using this for a couple of days now and it matches exactly my needs, it's opened up my hifi to a new world of online music. Thank you Mark for your excellent advice and patience in talking me through everything. Importantly being able to listen to different sources and devices in your listening room was super helpful.

Personal service, great listening space. Not a huge stock, but arrange an appointment and they will get anything you want to look at/try out.

A bit out of the way but once found some great products, they really know their stuff, will definitely be making a purchase in the future.
