I had an issue with the courier that was suppose tondeliver my order. It was dealt with swiftly and politely by the company. They replaced the goods and used a different courier who delivered my order replacement promptly. I can not fault the service recieved by Medicine Marketplace at all. A huge thank you

Competitive price and very fast delivery fulfilled by Amazon. Ordered on the 21st, got the stuff next day. Amazon Prime level of service WITHOUT being subscribed to Amazon Prime. It was slightly weird that delivery updates referred to my order with FAMEVALLEY. I guess that's just the name of the parent company trading as Medicine Marketplace. It's not a mark against it, as it didn't affect the speed or efficiency of the order in any way. I was just surprised the name didn't match. I think Medicine Marketplace is a better and more trustworthy-sounding name than FAMEVALLEY.

Eye drops bought for my daughter who has dry eyes. Had to buy 8 eye drops so I didn’t have to pay postage.I have different drops and about the same amount in price but only need to buy 6 with no postage. Also took longer to reach me
