Cobridge Sexual Health (Appointment only)

Cancelled my appointment for some reason, said theyd make me a new one automatically but never got it.Tried to walk in but couldn't monkeypox" ..Phoned up and said im booked for a telephone appointment which i was never informed of . If you reach the front of the queue on the phone they put the phone down on you! So annoying"

First visit since they have reopened the walk in clinicI did telephone first but was advised that I would be better attending the walk in for a quicker appointment. Telephone queue did provide queue position. When I arrived the receptionist was very kind and welcoming and explained what I had to do. I was then triaged by a lovely nurse and seen by a very kind doctor. I did wait for about 90 minutes but understand they are a stretched service and they did apologise for the wait.My last visit was one year ago and I had raised multiple complaints with the management team. However it appears these issues are no longer apparent which is very good.

Please hold, or try again later.”If you’ve dealt with Cobridge Walk-In Clinic before, you know the pain of actually getting through to them on the phone to make an appointment. When it gets to the point where you’re considering ringing 111 to get a pre-existing medical condition seen to, you know a service is shocking. I’ve never had any issues with regards to the care within the surgery - quite the opposite in fact - but getting through on the phone is made completely impossible. It needs sorting, but I am doubtful this will ever happen.

All of the staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with today have been amazing. Thank you so much you are all brilliant.

What a terrible service this clinic provide. Spent over 6 hours on hold this week, had to go into the clinic just so i could get a phone call from someone. Then receiving this call from a lady called Linzi who just spoke to me like i was thick, i ended up not even getting an appointment. Top service (NOT).

I had a brilliant experience today with two lovely ladies... unfortunately I forgot to take there names but they were really lovely made me feel so comfortable and had a little laugh whilst they were treating me I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with having needles but after today I’m a lot more confident.. Thankyou for a wonderful service today and have an amazing Christmas.

I've found the staff here to be absolutely amazing. Over the years I've seen a lot of the nurses and doctors and they've always been so friendly, professional and thorough whenever I see them and accommodating to any anxieties or concerns. Jo and Fiona inparticular are great.Texting through clear results has never worked for me so I have always had to call, but I've always managed to get through without holding. The wait times on busy days for the walk in can be very long but it's due to cuts to funding and staff through no fault of their own and the staff are just as frustrated as the patients so they do the best they can.Very lucky to have such a great service for free so close to home.

Called so many times it's laughable. No call times outside of office hours so have to try and do it in work. Spent my whole lunch hour trying to get through. Someone answered and just kept saying hello" down the phone and put the phone down. Had to wait back in the queue for them to put an automated recording on saying the clinic was closed. Opening times say otherwise. I just need my injection - wouldn't mind but I even administer it myself so I just need the prescription."
