This was my first time as a vendor and their experience and professionalism guided me through the whole process. They were able to alleviate all my anxieties and bring the sale to a successful conclusion....today. I can't thank them enough.

Fulfords sold our family home for us and were in fact the third agents we had used. They were professional, friendly and very approachable. Not all surprised by James' experience as a vendor as detailed below - Fulfords are extraordinarily dismissive of potential buyers and are limiting their client pool to pure cash buyers:We enquired to view a property advertised by Fulfords.First exchange: Fulfords is not allowing viewings by potential buyers who do not have an offer on their own property, which we did not then have, although our house was advertised for sale.So we waited until we had received an offer on our property and then re-engaged 2 weeks later.I was taken aback when I was told Fulfords would need to speak to our agent to confirm we had received an offer, but fine - doesn't feel great to be called a liar, but if that's the only way to see this property...But then Fulfords said they would need to see copies of my bank statements for proof of funds before arranging a viewing.I did try re-explaining that we would be funding the purchase through the sale of our home, but the agent was adamant - we could not book a viewing unless I provided this.Maybe there is sufficient demand in the market to limit the potential pool of home buyers to 100% cash buyers who are prepared to share their bank statements before even seeing a property.But dissatisfied vendors like James below may wish to consider other agents in the area who are also allowing viewings to other interested buyers who plan to fund their purchase from the sale of their home or using a mortgage.In the meantime, the property we are interested to see with a view to making an offer remains unsold and on the market.UPDATE: Subsequently contacted by Fulfords to explain they will accept confirmation from our agent of the offer, whether it is proceedable and our recent mortgage statement to confirm affordability - In order to arrange a viewing.All in all, by this point, I chose to concentrate our search on other properties.
