Very friendly people can't fault

Booked a perm for a very special occasion. Talked to the lady on the phone who said they could do what I wanted no problem. Arrived on time to be met before I had hardly got through the door by a man barking at me where’s your picture !. I explained I didn’t have one but I knew what I wanted, only to be involved in what can only be described as the most negative conversation that could have been. Everything I said , he couldn’t do that and he couldn’t do this and that won’t work. I explained that the lady on the phone had assured me they could do the job or I would have gone elsewhere for an appointment as I have a special occasion to travel to tomorrow and have no time to start looking again. He was rude and obnoxious so I walked out. Special occasion ruined !!! If I could give 0 stars I would !

I have to say I will NEVER use this place again. The lady who runs it, Sharon, is nothing short of unpleasant. It's over priced and the quality of my colour patchy and shocking. Avoid at all costs, rubbish

Had my short hair cut by Sharon. Absolutely love the cut. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Will be going back for my future cuts.
