This is a good store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they had a good selection of stuff. I would definitely come back here!

Unacceptable customer service.Walked in with my friend tonight around 19:45, staff was mopping so we nicely asked if the store was still open and we proceeded to walk around in the shop.My friend asked the sales lady if the hair conditioner works immediately ( she was asking for recommendations) and the sales lady was very annoyed and said : “NO! NOTHING WORKS IMMEDIATELY!”Me and my friend were shocked by her attitude. Her tone of voice was very rude and that’s not an answer a customer should have received.We were planning to buy some shampoo but we left empty handed instead, cause we were extremely upset about the customer service.Worst experience ever in London!!

Small little shop with a lot of products on the shelf.I particularly like their hemp hand protector cream. Is absolutley fantastic.

I tried to get a Aloe Body Butter yesterday afternoon. The sample was much much dated, disguising smell. When I tried to buy one of new ones, there were two on the shelf, the first one, the lids was very dirty, looked like scribbled by pens. The second one smelled nothing, nearly dated.When I required a new one from the shop stock, a female staff said to me that they got these two new ones last week, the smell was supposed like that, even the sample one has no problem with the it’s smell. When I opened two new ones to show them to her, the staff shouted to me that you can’t open all of them, that’s why it’s gone off. People keep opening products. i still kept asking her to get new ones, she went inside their staff room, and came back in 30 seconds, said to me that she had nothing left in the stock room.The thing is that if I don’t open and look at it and smell it, how do I know if it’s fresh or dated ones?Very disappointed with The Body Shop customer service. This is not the first recent bad experience with the Body Shop. I used to love products and their customer service. But now, the people that company hired are not helpful, kind, friendly, reliable at all.

Was there 5mins ago and staff were absent-minded. Kept looking at the entrance when helping me at the till, not sure why. She could have just told me to wait a bit if needed to tend something urgently. She didn't even offer me to use my voucher which was about to expire if I didn't mention it. I'd rather wait a bit and had her full attention than treated like I was just passing by.

The products are great the staff are always friendly and I love what the brand stands for. 31st August deadline to sign online petition against animal testing

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a sale item and the woman overcharged me for it only after I told her multiple times that the item is on sale she then walked over in a rude manner and charged me a cheaper price. She even called her manager over for this who was very rude with me and she kept giving me dirty looks as if I've done something wrong. I've been to other body shop locations and this was by far the worst ever. You should be embarrassed with yourself, treating customers like this.

Just walked out of this store, bought a small hand cream with my partner. Unwelcoming staff but very rude cashier!Pros:1. Nice smelling hand cream.Cons:1. Staff do not welcome you into the store nor do they offer any help when you’re looking around.2. Very rude cashier - rolls her eyes, doesnt make proper eye contact, complete lack of manners when communicating with customer.Overall avoid - staff have not had any customer service training.
