My washing machine problem was quickly diagnosed by Dominic and part ordered and fitted on a date convenient to me. I highly recommend this company, both Kevin and Dominic have high standards, both very courteous. A genuine local company that provides very good service.

Highly recommend this company. My partner and I purchased a new Hayden Oven from them which developed a fault but within 2 days of contacting the company, they turned up and replaced it with an even better model. Exceptional service

If you want a top quality refurbished appliance that is fully tested before it is sold. This is the place to go. They come with a three month warranty, but are as good as new, yet half the price of a new one. I am just now going to replace the washing machine I bought from there with a three month warranty, a little over ten years ago. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, staff.

Absolutely brilliant service, no fuss. They arrived, diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes, took the dryer away and fixed it. Three days later it was brought back, working perfectly at an excellent price. Will use for all of my appliance faults in the future. You know when you get a feeling that you can trust a company? Well i did with this one. Highly recommend.

After purchasing a cooker from elsewhere these chaps gave had to come not once but twice to conduct warranty repairs! Excellent friendly service. Will be using again for any repairs required on my other white goods.

Excellent service. A competent young man explained all the products with no pressure put on to buy. Once we had decided to buy a date and time was arranged for delivery and installation. The price of the machine was comparable with major retailers and there was no charge for installation and removal of the old machine. The goods were delivered at the time agreed and installation was efficient and no mess was left. This is a local owned business that deserves all our support. First class

Phoned for advice in relation to a cooker repair and spoke to a chap called Kevin. The cooker in question is 20+ years old and whilst until recently had been working great. Kevin listened to me and my tale of woe, asked relevant questions and whilst he advised me what i really knew that the cooker was now obsolete with no chance of getting the spares required he did not give me a hard sell, just excellent advice......Good old fashioned service. A pleasure to speak too.
