Nothing is perfect but we have zero complaints. Very accommodating, had been looking for a vegan restaurant & these guys could adapt many of the dishes. Our waiter whose name I can't remember now (pre dinner whisky) was attentive and friendly. He'd just graduated and we wish him all the best

The food was very good - negative trip advisor reviews almost put us off. All sauces were home made and fresh, side dishes flavourful and fresh. On this Thursday night the restaurant was not very busy, and due to a very cold night they put on an extra heater. Our waiter was attentive and professional. Overall a good meal out.

I am giving 1 star as I can't give 0 stars. My experience at the Taj Mahal restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were greeted by the rudest manager I have ever encountered. He was a bald man with his complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. He talked to my female friend so rudely that I felt like slapping him right at that moment.Upon arrival, we asked for a table for 6 people and we could see that there was a table available, but he told us that it would become congested" if we sat there. If it was so why the table is present there in the first place

Great time from walking in the door. Funny staff that were up for having a laugh. Really tasty food, best curry I’ve have had in a long time! Clean, tidy and cosy! Naan bread was so good, will need to come back next time we’re up.

Had an amazing experience here. Food was really delicious. Being an Indian, it reminded me of home.The service was also good. One of the staff ‘Abdul’ was really kind and helped us with the menu.

Better to have food in the restaurant and avoid home delivery. We went to the restaurant and they customised the food to our taste- which was good. Next day we ordered for delivery and the instructions were not respected at all. The food we got was not great- very oily and butter chicken was super sweet (sweeter than some Indian sweet dishes). Very mixed feelings about this one.

The food is honestly tasteless. Its like they have a learner in the kitchen. No spice balance, no salt, missing key ingredients, lentil was like water, rice as if boiled with color (no taste at all). Meat as if it was a year old!! Absolute disaster and the place is ridiculously expensive for tasteless food.The waiters are friendly but try to lure you into buying more by saying add side dish for a half price". There is NO side dish for a half price. They charge you full at the end and rip you off for tasteless food.Another tourist trap!"

Read many negative reviews about the staff attitude. For me it’s okay and quite good service m.Good delicious/authentic. Price is reasonable but not super cheap nor super expensive
