My father chose Paul Bourton Funeral Service to carry out his funeral wishes over 10 years before his passing. His choice was totally justified as the service provided by Stacey and the team was absolutely perfect. From helping with the necessary paperwork to timely pieces of advice throughout the process Stacey was there for us. We will always be grateful for the care and respect shown as we said our goodbyes.

As a family, we cannot thank Stacey and her team enough. The empathy and professionalism shown throughout was fantastic and our Mum's funeral was everything she would have wanted and more. From the first phone call with Simon, to meeting with Stacey the very next day. Nothing was too much trouble. The recommendations given were fantastic, the flowers provided were everything we asked for, the order of service sheet was beautiful and the funeral ran perfectly, considering there were over 350 people there. From collecting our mum on her passing till the last day , Paul Bourton Funerals conducted themselves with compassion and treated our mum with the dignity that she deserved.We dealt mainly with Stacey, who was a pleasure to deal with, meetings with her were easy, she kept us up to date of what we needed to do. Stacey was able to advise us and nothing was ever too much trouble. I requested a particular order of service and Stacey did everything she possibly could to make it perfect.Her team, Mr Bray and Tom were also so caring.Its such a hard time to go through as a family and we really felt in very safe hands and looked after.Mum’s funeral went so smoothly we had absolutely no concerns and it was such a good send off that Paul Bourton Funerals could not have done any better.Would have no hesitation in recommending their professionalism at all.
