Pennine Dry Cleaners

Delighted with alterations to my curtains. Nina added extra fabric to lengthen existing curtains, and then made 2 lovely cushions with left over fabric. Top quality alteration, looks so smart. And all in good time.

Took 2 shirts to have dry cleaned which had been worn twice during a recent cruise.Dropped them off on a Monday and told would be available Wednesday. Went to collect on Wednesday and only one was ready?.Told to come back Friday which I did and still not ready. Ended up collecting both shirts the following Monday, 7 days later. Once home I checked the shirts and sadly I dont believe they have been dry cleaned as there were still marks on the fabric. The ironing was woeful with two creases per sleeve.I will not return to ask for my money back as I just cant be bothered but would not recomend to anyone to use. I believe the apathetic approach to the job speaks volumes.In response to the owners reply I feel the need to justify my review. I have contributed to over 176 reviews and contributed to over 4,000 topics on Google maps and can count on one hand scores below 3 stars. Shabbir was extremely kind and fit in an urgent stain removal on a pair of suit trousers with almost no notice. I had a very tight schedule and he met it with time to spare. Fantastic service and the trousers look new again

I happened to use Pennine for a dry clean on an evening gown before Christmas. They were so quick and did a lovely job that I decided to take both my wedding dresses there for cleaning after my wedding and they did not disappoint.My evening dress in particular was completely black at the bottom, I have been to pick them up today and they are both sparkling white! I wasn’t expecting them to get the dresses as clean as they did with both dresses being so dirty.Really friendly, quick turnaround and will definitely be going back. Thanks guys x

I took my wedding dress to get altered because it was too big on the shoulders. Nina did an amazing job of lifting the dress and adjusting it so it fits perfectly now! I'm so pleased and would recommend this service to anyone!

Fantastic customer service. Dropped off several of husbands formal coats including many vintage dinner jackets which belonged to his grandfather - all had mildew. Collected them today and they are immaculate! So happy with the results and such a lovely family.

Have used this dry cleaners repeatedly and can't fault them.The staff are lovely and knowledgeable. Their work is excellent, despite me giving them awkward items and tight deadlines. I'd recommend to anyone.
