I booked my car in for a MOT and service. Greeted with a warm welcome, I gave my details and was told I was actually a day early. The gentleman reassured me it wasn't an issue and to save me travelling 20 miles back home to come back again the following day they managed to fit me in that day and gave me a courtesy car.Later that day I received a very polite phone call to say my car was ready.On returning the courtesy car keys and paying my bill, my partners water bottle which was stored under our babies buggy had leaked everywhere and made a mess in the showroom. I was extremely apologetic, but again the very kind gentleman reassured me it was zero issue, shook my hand and thanked me for my custom.The customer care I received was second to none, extremely professional and welcoming. I had been looking to upgrade my 5 year old car and had visited more than a few dealers, with varying results, not all good. Then I went to Gravells Abergavenny, and met Laura Stokes who answered all my questions and after two rest drives, I knew which car I wanted. I could have wished for more trade in value on my car ☹️ but in the end was satisfied with the deal. Great for getting a new car and for services. All the staff I've met have been really helpful and friendly. After a lot of help from Laura and Catherine, I bought a Kia Ceed and the 7 year warranty is a massive plus.

Kia Gravells in Abergavenny are the place to go if you want a new Kia. Laura the sales exec is exceptional, she listened to my exact needs and went through all my options to get into a new car as soon as I could. Nothing was too big or too small. I was able to test drive with ease and without stress. There was no pressure, she genuinely wanted me to make the right choice for me. Carwyn the dealership manager is around and very friendly and welcoming and both together make the car buying experience effortless and faff free. I love car shopping, but dare I say it you will leave here having enjoyed the experience. I bought a Kia Niro EV '3' and was given the time I needed to fully test the suitability and I haven't regretted buying it since. It has completed long journeys and short with ease.
