Carnlough Beach
Very clean and well kept beach. Local residents encourage people to beach clean which I think is a brilliant idea. Good for picnics and there is a children's playground area too. Highly recommend.

Lovely place but it can be a bit tricky walking over the pebbles to get to the beach.Also something needs to be done to stop people stealing the white pebbles off the shoreline.

There is a very nice sea walk just outside Carn Lough. On a sunny day the sea and shoreline rocks are very nice. There is also a car park with picnic tables at one end of the walk.

A very beautiful spot close by to Belfast. The picture is from 2006, not sure how it is looking now but a nice beach with very little crowd to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. There was a cafe around 10mins away so recommend getting things and chilling here and also take your rubbish with you.#PainduAbroad

Carnlough Beach
Beautiful place on a fine day with the slopes of Glencloy behind and a very shallow beach, though some parts have stones, rocks and weed. Great view of Scotland.
