Lovely location and well presented restaurant. First class tasting menu with beautifully matched wines. It was impossible to pick a favorite course as they were all so good. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

Such an amazing place, the food is amazing, the staff are fantastic, very attentive and knowledgeable, they really ensure that the skills and the passion of the chefs are passed on to the diner to ensure they can really appreciate the food. The atmosphere is amazing. This is a dining experience not a meal out

One of our finest restaurant experiences EVER!Cozy setting, as if dining in a private family home.Food was exquisite.....as were the paired wines.Michael and Emily did a superb of table service.A better dining experience is difficult to imagine!BRAVO & a sincere THANK YOU to all involved!

This was our first visit to the Cellar and I must say from the outset, all of my expectations were exceeded during our time there.The setting was tasteful, relaxing and premium in every aspect.The staff were welcoming and made our meal a true experience".Ingredients and techniques were explained to us with passion and even though I am not a "foodie"

This place is just a gem ♥️. We went for the lunch menu and it was just out of this world. Beautiful place and the nicest of staff. Well done team Cellar, we will be back with friends next time.

Well worth a visit for great food, lovely service and a cosy atmosphere. We loved everything on the set lunch menu; it was all perfectly balanced and each course brought a smile to our faces. A lovely experience, perfect for a special occasion and we will absolutely be back!

The best meal we have ever had in our life. The service was impeccable and they helped us celebrate our anniversary in style. Can't wait to go back. Small and intimate setting and very welcoming, which lends well to celebrating special occasions. Thanks again to everyone at The Cellar for a memorable evening.

Anstruther is known for its fish and chips. But The Cellar should rightly take its place as number 1.Scotland's lucky to a have a good larder and the Cellar puts those ingredients to great effect.Every plate on the tasting menu was enjoyable and full of flavour. Matched wines completed and complemented each course.The restaurant setting adds to the ambiance and the staff ensure you'll enjoy your experience at ease.
